Exchange Time Frame: You must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange

Shipping Fee and Payment
Our esteemed customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with the exchange process. The applicable fees are:

UAE Customers: A shipping fee of 50 AED.

KSA Customers: A shipping fee of 50 SAR.
These fees cover the cost of both, shipping the item(s) you wish to exchange to us as well as shipping the exchanged item(s) to you and it must be paid by the customer. Payment details and methods will be provided once your exchange request is approved.
Completing Your Exchange
Follow these steps to complete your exchange after receiving approval from our customer service team:

Return Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer service team. Ensure that the items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item(s) without it.

Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our exchange conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

Dispatching New Item(s): Once the inspection is complete and the item(s) are approved for exchange, we will dispatch the new item(s) to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your new item(s) are on their way.

The shipping fees for the exchange process (50 AED within the UAE and 50 SAR for KSA) are non-refundable.

We do not cover the shipping costs for sending the item(s) back to us.
